Welcome to the RentDash blog
A short note from Kristián on what this blog will cover and why it exists.
Welcome
This is the first post on the RentDash blog. The plan is simple: write down what I learn while building software for private landlords in Czechia, Slovakia and the wider DACH region.
You can expect three flavours of post:
- Product notes — what shipped, what didn't, and why. Honest changelog context that a release-notes page can't really hold.
- Numbers from the field — anonymised aggregates from real portfolios (with explicit consent only) showing things like average gross yield by region, vacancy windows, late-payment patterns.
- Operations — running a tiny SaaS on Cloudflare Pages + D1: the things that broke, the patterns that stuck.
If you want to be notified when a new post lands, the simplest way is to follow the RSS feed (coming soon — yes, this is meta) or check back here every few weeks.
